Circle of Excellence

Each year our employees are nominated by Senior Leaders and their peers for excellence in their achievements across all service lines and disciplines. This internal award is highly coveted and the result is a week-long adventure of fun with other ‘Circle of Excellence’ winners’ giving you the opportunity to travel and bond with other CBRE employees. This highly esteemed recognition scheme acknowledges those who work hard and deliver exceptional results during the year. CBRE’s ‘Circle of Excellence’ is just one example of an award that is part of a broader reward and recognition program.

Walk For A Wish

Walk for a wish is CBRE’s flagship charity event, which sees staff take part in concurrent 10 kilometre walks through major cities in Asia Pacific. Employees are encouraged to participate in this annual event which continues to grow year on year. In 2014, we raised USD $371,366 across the region as a result of this initiative.

Learning and Development

CBRE offer a dedicated Learning platform to all employees and offer training on many areas of the business including; leadership development forums, business line conferences, property industry courses, pitch management training, and best practice client care and development.

CBRE Global Women’s Network earned a Top Ten ranking in the inaugural Global Diversity List, supported by the Economist. The Global Diversity List identifies large companies which put diversity at the centre of their business strategies. This category recognises achievements of employee network groups established to work on gender diversity within organisations.

From acquisition and development to leasing, through all phases of property and project management, we aim to reduce waste and improve efficiencies. We help clients achieve sizable reductions in energy and water use through operational, capital and behavioural interventions to make long term efficiency improvements.

Green Week

Green Week is an evolution of the highly successful Asia Pacific Green Day event implemented since 2011. Due to the success of this program, the company decided to run it globally and extended the annual event to a full week. Since 2013, CBRE has hosted the Green Week event which demonstrates our company’s commitment to the environment and raises awareness about sustainability issues through the encouragement of environmentally responsible thinking. Offices across the region host a range of activities such as green expos with keynote speakers, ride/walk to work days, no waste lunch days and a Twitter competition, as well as a low print week and no print day.
