1.Manage the delivery of efficient real estate solutions driven by global and regional business initiatives and regional operating platforms.
2.Forecast the level of project activity and monitor regional resource requirements.
3.Monitor overall performance of the Regional Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery and business unit satisfaction.
4.Maintain strategic and tactical relationships with regional business leaders and partners to set and manage expectations, build long-term relationships and aid in resolving business unit conflicts.
5.Interface and coordinate with the CBRE AP Regional Project Management Director to monitor, develop and implement a best in class “service delivery model” - that is consistent with the CBRE global vision - but can be adapted for regional requirements.
6.Help build cohesive regional teams across all functions within CBRE (Project Management, Transaction Management and Facilities Management).
7.Ensure adherence to processes / workflows developed as part of the CBRE “service delivery model”. Any modifications to the delivery model will need to be approved by the Regional AP Project Management Leader.
8.Ensure timely, cost efficient implementation of real estate projects and solutions.
9.Build and lead effective Project Management teams. Ensure consistency with the CBRE Performance Management Process (PMP), and assist with the development of strong leaders within the CBRE global organization.
10.Build strong relationships within CBRE on a regional and global basis.
11.Adherence to established regional expense budgets and capital plans, and overall accountability for all project budgets and delivery timelines.
12.Monitor and report on a regular basis the business environment and specific project deliverables to the CBRE Project Management Director, Greater China
13.Act as the “content expert” for Design and Construction related questions for the Hong Kong and South China region.
14.Ensure accuracy of all related CBRE Project Management financial and performance metric data as per contractual reporting requirements for the region.
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, Finance or related field, Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience within the region.
•Strong construction industry knowledge preferred.
•Minimum of 10 year’s operational and practical experience with emphasis on professional services management.
•Demonstrated management skills to manage to closure issues ranging from senior level to administrative.
•Demonstrated regional leadership and team building skills across Project Management, Transaction Management and Facilities Management.
•Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.
•Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service and communication.
•Ability to balance the integration of the requirements and terms of CBRE policies and procedures with those of the corporate customers within the regional as well across the globe.
