Are you looking for your next challenge as a Senior Program Manager in a fast growing, learning and innovative organization? Then we have the position you are looking for. We are looking for a program manager who will help us implement and optimize multiple tools in the EMEA as part of a global integration effort for the organization of CBRE. 

About the role?

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Success Management team. This team acts as a link between the Digital & Tech teams and the business teams and helps with the implementation, adoption and support when introducing new applications to the business and is also constantly improving functionalities of existing applications. Currently, this team is responsible for the implementation and roll-out of several internal and external tools in the EMEA region. It will be your job to provide overall coordination per project and oversee the actions and communicate with the stakeholders. This means you will coordinate on a high level and be responsible for the overall planning of the roll-out of the applications. 

On a daily basis, you will be in touch with both Digital & Tech and business colleagues from several countries in EMEA. It is your goal and job to make sure there is an overall project plan and track the progress against that plan. You also work closely with your other colleagues in the Customer Success Management Team to ensure that as a team the larger onboarding projects run smoothly.  

What do you have to offer us? 

Previous In-Depth Experience as a Program Manager;
You have great communication and leadership skills in the Business, Management and IT;
You have experience and knowledge about IT systems and processes; 
You have experience in setting priorities and requirements of functional design; 
You know everything about the latest digital trends;
You have a hands-on mentality and are a pro in switching between diverse activities; 
You have an excellent understanding of the English language (Dutch is an advantage).

About the team!

The EMEA Customer Success Management team is part of the Continental Europe organization and is responsible for the rollout and adoption of several tools in the organization (currently a CRM system and a property database as part of an integrated platform). The team is based in Amsterdam and London but has a European scope. 

The team is constantly in close contact with each other. We work in the office but also have a lot Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings to stay in touch and update each other on our work.
