We have an opportunity for an experienced Retail Leasing Executive. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.

I. Description

• Manage daily leasing and operational activities.
• Monitor and analyze leasing center transactions.
• Manage tenant relationship activities and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Investigate clients’ financial and credit status
• Contact property owners and advertise services
• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
• Meet KPI’s set by Team Leader (Revenue at least 5-6 times gross salary)
• Additional tasks as needed

II. Requirement

·         Bachelor Degree, preferably in real estate related disciplines.

·         Understand of Vietnam retail market/Retail industry

·        Familiar with brands & segments (fashion, big box supermarket, F&B, health care,  education,…)

·         Good command of English and Vietnamese
