CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team at one of our client’s site. The successful candidate will be a member of the front of house team. They will look after visitors, organise access cards, deal with couriers, liaise with the landlord’s reception, book meeting rooms, order stationery and handle post.
•Be the face of our client and ensuring a memorable concierge experience for our guests and visitors
•Providing a high level of customer service at all times
•Meeting, greeting and hosting visitors
•Organising meeting room set ups, liaising with clients and instructing the Handy man with site room set ups
•Dealing with enquires e.g. car park, meeting rooms service request, ID passes etc
•Organising building tours for new starters
•Ordering from suppliers: milk, cups, napkin, coffee etc
•Assigning lockers to staff
•Liaising with Landlord’s Reception
•Franking outbound mail
•Couriers incoming and outgoing
•Client and CBRE tasks that are set
We are looking for:

•Good communication and personal presentation.
•Attention to detail.
•Competent level of IT proficiency.
•Resilient and can work under pressure.
•It would be advantageous if you have worked previously in a customer facing job.
•Leaving Certificate or higher
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Strong written & oral communication skills
•High degree of numeracy
•Professional and highly organised
