Purpose of the Job

•The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and coordination of Health Safety and Environmental Compliance Programs across the accounts global organisation.

•This role shall seamlessly work across both the account and CBRE as part of a partnership, for the sole purpose and benefit of the partnership.


Key Responsibilities

oEnsure the account follows all ethical and legal requirements and remains current with applicable relevant laws and regulations to businesses. Review emerging regulations, build and maintain a forecaster report specific to the accounts business, providing trends and analysis per country, jurisdiction.

oDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews to monitor adherence to HSE regulations

oDeliver plans to improve the knowledge of associates on legal requirements relative to their work.

oDeveloping tools, processes, and technology to help identify legal and other requirements (both compliance calendars and tasks), at all levels of the organization (Site, Regional & Global).

oSet improvement action plans and monitor completion thereof, to improve legal compliance processes at sites, regions and global level.

oBuild and maintain dashboards on notice of violations, inspection results and compliance audits.

oReview legal subscriptions and “feed-in tech solutions”, ensuring all jurisdictions are up to date.

oParticipate in the HSE compliance audit programme to support Assurance team members, partners and external parties.

oOrganize and deliver ENHESA platform training of HSE teams (Global, Regional and Site) in partnership with global program leaders.

oProvide insight for program improvement opportunities.

oManage enhancements/roll out for tech solutions in compliance module, perform user acceptance tests, pilots.


This is a key role reporting directly to the Global HSE Operations Director.



[Essential]         University Degree (or equivalent) in HSE management/engineering/industrial hygiene/environmental science/law or related field. Significant and relevant post qualification experience in large multinational required.

[Desirable]         Further Education or Masters Degree in above fields desired with professional membership of a recognized functional professional body (e.g. IOSH or similar).
