•Build a strong working relationship with clients to resolve problems and/or conflicts and maintain open communications with the client including regular written and oral reports.
•Developing and reviewing work processes to ensure that work is being performed in a safe and effective manner.
•Recommending solutions and implementing appropriate corrective action to major or complex maintenance issues.
•Assimilating management information and writing reports detailing activities.
•Developing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle cost associated with providing a satisfactory environment for the client; establishing specific maintenance actions and their frequency of performance.
•Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards.
•Evaluate service response time and analyze occupants’ service request trends and suggestions
•Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and acted to the satisfaction of the end user.
•Pro-actively develop and manage client / business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved across the region.
•Lead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction level
•Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the region in the development of monthly management reports.
•Assist in the budgeting and Recommit process including reviews with the FMs as required.
•Ensure all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.5 years’ experience in facility management and a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in planning, operations, and maintenance.
3.Competent knowledge of state and local environmental, health, safety and security regulations.
4.Good command of Chinese, Cantonese and English.
5.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
6.Influencing and analytical skills.
7.Professional telephone manners together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
