EMEA TFM Critical Systems & Technical Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities 

•Lead engineering and critical systems excellence for the account and drive the standardization of best practices across all sites and contracts
•Provide operational support to ensure the optimum operation, uptime, resiliency, full life cycle asset management and obsolescence planning of EMEA assets
•Champion technical solutions and engineering innovations through partnership with CBRE wider network. 
•Mentor and grow the engineering standard of technical staff inherent to the account, ensuring knowledge share across the account
•Promote safe methods of working ensuring CBRE rules and procedures are implemented correctly 
•Implement new innovative FM solutions and technology
•Produce standardized documentation and processes that can be utilized and tailored by the site teams (i.e. Forward Maintenance Register, Risk Registers)
•Site visit as technical expert
•Advice on high risk works and provision of standard documentation
•Provide investigation and root cause analytics across the account as required, producing reports and learning from experience documents to be shared internally/externally
•Promote customer experience and wellbeing through good operation of building service systems
•Demonstrate a sound understanding of current legislation, environment and quality related issues
•Manage energy conservation programs, sustainability reporting and tracks utility usage/costs. Investigate or ensures adequate investigation of all hard service’s critical alarms, incidents, trends and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence and escalations
•Coordinate TFM management of the accounts IT Change Advisory Board, CAB, tickets and representation 
•Communicate requirements to the organization in an effective way and create engineering and energy awareness throughout EMEA sites
•To oversee the coordination of Energy objectives and initiatives from the Engineering function, working closely with CBRE’s Energy and Sustainability teams.
•Benchmark’s the technical team’s capability and utilisation, creates and implements optimisation plan to drive and measure targeted improvement to ensure optimized scaling in relation to current portfolio and future portfolio growth
•Creates and oversees the Technical Team’s training plan to deliver the overall strategy
•Ensures the technical services teams are, and continue to be, correctly resourced across all sites and areas in the portfolio
•Oversees and manages achievements against goals and strategy and reports this to agreed timescales
•To consolidate and provide CBRE input into clients CAPEX plans and work closely with relevant project teams on any works on site.
•All other duties as assigned 

Essential Requirements 

•Recognized formal Engineering Qualification, preferably electrical, Degree Level or term served and competence equivalent
•At least 7 years’ experience in industry and similar role
•Excellent knowledge of engineering, energy and sustainability with expert analytical ability
•Solid background in a dynamic technology environment
•Very good communication, organizational & interpersonal skills with “can do” attitude
•Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage change
•Ability to clearly present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, peers, and customers
