CBRE Global Investors, a global leader in real assets investment management, is looking for a Creative Designer to join our fast-paced in-house global branding and design team, as a maternity leave cover for one year. Reporting to our new Art Director, this role will work alongside our Head of Institutional Marketing and all our other marketing and comms professionals colleagues. The team goal is to inspire, enable and contribute to strengthening & differentiating the brand in marketing/communication activities across all channels & audiences.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
•Have a di.20204.20verse design skill set and excellent design presentation skills.
•Need a real attention to detail, love of editorial/layout and graphic/digital design, typography.
•Play a central role in building client facing decks/PowerPoints and InDesign documents all working to corporate identity and delivered to a high level of finish.
•They should also have an ability to build relevant references and translate their team's conceptual thinking into design language, mock ups, content and presentations to bring it to life when needed.
•Visual Identity: monitor and align the brand identity in all communication means, ensuring that materials are aligned with the brand ethos and goals.
•Materials: Develop, Format/r(e)Design high quality and effective marketing materials of internal and external (including pitch) presentation that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
•Tools & templates: create and roll-out branding tools & marketing templates, to support the promotion of the company and its products and services.
•Training: championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals, making sure all employees know where to find the right tools and templates and how to work with them.
•Events: Design of brand collateral (graphics, invitations etc.) for external and internal events;
•Videos: Create videos for both internal and external audiences, including internal events, social media awards, shareholders’ meetings in Powtoon.
•Provide ad hoc support to the team in initiatives such as new branding identity, website projects etc.
•Working with the wider Marketing & Communications team to design social media campaigns
