I. POSITION SUMMARY:
•Take ownership of the Building services function
•To provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
II. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Investigations, Change Controls, CAPA’s etc
• Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems e.g. Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, eLogbooks, PPE, toolbox talks.
• Manage CMMS system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
• Review Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems.
• Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
People & Development
•Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams.
•Monitor and maintain the attendance planner.
•Ensure training is completed on time by the team and competency levels are maintained.
•Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers
•Attend and actively participate in monthly Contract Review meetings.
•Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
•Create monthly Customer Report with Contract Manager.
•Ensure use of Preferred Suppliers is maximised and best practice “better buying” is in place.
•Manage yearly supplier SLA renewals
•Support Client requirements and be an SME for building service systems, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Effluent monitoring and dosing etc.
•Support Continuous Improvement
•Vendor Management and Compliance
•Equipment Performance Reviews
•Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
•Complete site Gemba’s
•Lead Tier 0 meeting and report to CBRE and IFM Leads
III. ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•May participate in department initiatives and projects.
IV. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Third level degree preferred.
Trade qualification, preferably Electrical
•Relevant FM experience in a similar role
•Previous Pharma/GMP Experience
•Excellent communication skills.
•Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
•Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
