Job Title: Apprentice
Location: London

  • The CBRE Apprenticeship Scheme was launched in September 2013, and has continued to grow in success each year, with 45 talented surveying apprentices working across the business on iconic client projects.
  • The programme is four years in duration, incorporating three rotations throughout the business occurring annually each September. You will undertake an undergraduate degree – usually a BSc Real Estate at UCEM, alongside your work at CBRE.
  • Your initial business placement will be selected by CBRE for the first year then you will be able to provide your second rotation preference which we will endeavour to accommodate.  In the third year you will be introduced to our RICS accredited pathways and invited to request a seat that supports it. For more information on our Pathways, please visit our Graduate careers pages here.
  • You will also undertake your APC qualification in final year of programme alongside your undergraduate degree, resulting in RICS membership upon programme completion. You will also receive training from RICS, as well as guidance from a RICS ‘counsellor’ – a qualified employee of CBRE who volunteers to do so.
  • You will work for four days a week and have a mandatory ‘study’ day each week.
  • This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to gain detailed knowledge of the property market in both theoretical and practical terms by combining both study and work.

Our Apprenticeship Scheme provides a unique opportunity for new talented individuals to start an exciting career within the commercial real estate market. This initiative offers an accredited route to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
